When minor can be great

This week we held an inspirational seminar for our colleagues about all the parameters in life that make us feel good and how to use and nurture them.

Topics like training, eating, sleeping, goal setting, relations and how it affects us both at and outside of work. No pointers, but information about how we can use different keys and tools to find joy and inspiration. The small changes we can make in our own everyday lives towards a better health.

The seminar was hosted by Leila Söderholm, well known from Swedish television and magazines. She inspired and said that training, both physical and mental, should be simple but efficient. Eating healthy food should be a pleasure not a punishment. It is the minor things that make the change.
