London to Paris Bike Ride 2016 - follow the Wellspect team

Every 8 hours, someone has their life changed forever through spinal cord injury, in the UK.

Therefore the Wellspect UK team decided to join the charity bike ride between London and Paris—300 km—to raise money for the charities Aspire and Back Up.

Alan Cook from Wellspect will be hand cycling the whole journey to Paris!

– As someone with a spinal cord injury, both these charities are very close to my heart. I've been a keen hand cyclist for a number of years, but the cumulative effect of these distances over 3 days always makes for as serious challenge. I'm just praying for dry weather!

The weather looks fine in UK so far, but the situation is dramatic in Paris, where the water literally has taken over the city. One more challenge to overcome for the cyclists, but above all a critical situation for the Parisians struggeling with the flood.
