I have met people who have been involved in serious accidents, who no longer were able to go to the toilet by themselves and the embarrassment they felt surrounding that, and then the turning point when they found our products and could make their toilet visits private again.”
Pontus describes that no one day is like the other, which is just the way he likes it. Teamwork is a strong value and something that he experiences in the all projects he works on daily.
“All departments are involved early in the process when we develop a new product. From R&D and Marketing, to IT and Production. Together, in cross-functional teams, we have brainstorming sessions and perform risk and process analysis according to a project model to develop the best possible product, for the user as well as the production line."
An important part of his job is also to find improvements for the existing production processes and make them more seamless, long-term. To carefully analyze data and, like a detective, find the right clues to solve the problem when there is a fault in the production process.
